The EU - European Union, Germany, and the British Council have united to change select TVET - Technical and Vocational Education and Training institutes into four COEs - Centres of Excellence across Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and KPK.
This drive, upheld under the EU's Global Gateway program, plans to modernize skills training in these states by outfitting the centers with highly trained instructors, state-of-the-art facilities, and updated curricula to satisfy the needs of the labor market.
