The ADB - Asian Development Bank has focused on giving Pakistan $2 billion yearly loans from 2024 to 2027, adding up to $8 billion for four years.
As indicated by a news report, ADB President Masatsugu Asakawa gave this confirmation during his new visit to Islamabad, where conversations with Pakistani authorities zeroed in on the country's financial difficulties and reform agenda.
Out of the $2 billion loan, around $1 billion loan will be given to Pakistan at a negotiated interest rate of 2%, a critical help for the country, which has been wrestling with exorbitant interest commercial loans because of its bad credit ratings.
