Gold has been discovered in Attock, Punjab. The Provincial Minister of Mines, Ibrahim Hasan Murad, said that the gold reserves discovered are worth a lot. They gauge it to 28 lakh tolas. This discovery could create income of 600 billion rupees.
The Provincial Minister of Mines expressed that the Geographical Survey of Pakistan looked at 127 samples, uncovering the presence of gold as well as zinc, silver, nickel, manganese, and copper in the samples.
Ibrahim Hasan Murad referenced that they discovered an area of 75 square kilometers to track down these gold reserves.
