Educational institutions of Islamabad are set to become solar powered, as the government has chosen to install solar panels in schools. The drive plans to advance sustainable energy and lessen dependence on conventional power sources.
The venture will start with the establishment of solar panels in 44 schools, trailed by a continuous rollout to other educational institutions. The solar panels will give power to schools, lessening their energy expenses and carbon impression.
