Sent off on board China's Chang'e-6 spacecraft on 3rd May, 2024, the satellite will take pictures of the lunar surface from a 12-hour curved orbit.
Dr. Khurram Khurshid from the Institute of Space Technology (IST) affirmed the entrance of the satellite, featuring the coordinated effort with Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) and Suparco.
