Pakistani garments are leaving a huge imprint in the Chinese fashion market, with an outstanding flood in fame across different apparel segments, especially in the men's and women's garments, said Commercial Counsellor at the Pakistan Embassy, Ghulam Qadir in Beijing, in a meeting.
"In 2023, the top five Pakistani textile product exports to China crossed $92.61 million. Exports of home textiles, T Shirts, Jerseys and pullovers to China added up to $5.89 million, more than $14.11 million, $33.47 million respectively. Pakistani men's garments export to China came to $28.66 million, while women's garment exports reached $10.46 million, up from $9.44 million in a similar period last year, as an ascent of 11%.
