Saudi Arabia has launched cutting edge golf cart at Masjid Al Haram in Makkah, permitting pilgrims to perform the tawaaf (circumambulation) around the holy Kaaba.
Introduced during Ramzan, which started on March 11, this drive plans to help the old and people with disabilities during the bustling Umrah season.
The smart golf trucks are explicitly intended for use on the Masjid's roof, available from Ajyad Escalator, King Abdulaziz Gate Escalators, and Bab Al Umrah Escalators. They work from 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM and can convey up to 10 passengers each. A sum of 50 carts are accessible at an expense of 25 riyals for every individual, including tax.
