Iran's state media stated some blasts in the central province of Isfahan on Friday, as US media cited official saying Israel had done retaliatory strikes on Iran.
Air defense systems over some of Iranian cities were initiated, Iran's state media revealed, after the nation's official broadcaster said blasts were heard close to the city of Isfahan.
Israel had recently cautioned it would hit back after Iran attacked with many rockets and drones at Israel in the weekend. The majority of them were blocked.
