The biggest biogas plant in Pakistan was formally inaugurated in Gujjar Colony.
With an ability to produce 600 cubic meters of gas everyday, this compacted biogas plant will use 1,600 kilograms of dung every day to produce 16,000 kilograms of organic fertilizer.
The organic fertilizer created by the plant will be accessible for use by the Parks and Horticultural Authority (PHA) and local farmers.
