Energy Minister of Sindh Nasir Hussain Shah has uncovered empowering news for electricity consumers in Karachi utilizing under 100 units each month.
The drive includes giving free electricity through solar based parks and mini-grid stations. The Sindh government has apportioned Rs 5 billion for solar powered energy projects, with plans to appropriate 200,000 solar panels at subsidy.
The consumers will bear just 20% of the expense, while the government covers the excess 80%.
