The administration of Karachi has ordered a month prohibition on swimming, diving and bathing in the sea because of elevated tides and violent waves.
A notice given by Commissioner Syed Hassan Naqvi expressed that the prohibition on "swimming, diving, bathing, and wading in the sea and coastal lines inside the regional limits of Karachi" is taking effect right now and will stay up from June 28 to July 27.
